How to get benefits of Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is one of the famous plants. It doesn't require any specific climate or weather, we can grow it any where easily. It can also be grown in plant pots at home. It's ingredients are used not only externally but also they are also added in different medicines, which can be used internally.
Aloe Vera leaves are filled with jel. We can get it very  easily.After washing the leaves with water, take a knife and cut it from the base, now take out the transparent gel from the leaves.

The benefits of Aloe Vera are as follows
  • Its juice is strongly anti-constipation.
  • It can work wonderfully to lose weight,it fastens the metabolism and thus burn the calories.
  • Its gel can work as an antiseptic.
  • The juice can also work as a blood purifier.
  • Aloe Vera is very good for thyroid gland and pituitary gland.
  • It is useful for lessen the swellings.
  • It cures infections.
  • It increases the freshness of skin.
  • It heals the skin burns.
  • Aloe Vera is also used in many cosmetics.
  • It increases hair growth.

Aloe Vera has some drawbacks as well.It can cause diarrhea and it can be harmful for pregnant women.Some times rashes appear on the skin after its usage. In this case you should stop using it. You can prepare Aloe Vera oil at home with this simple recipe.
Cut the Aloe Vera leaves in small pieces. Take some vegetable oil in a jar and dip those leaves in it for sixty days. After that stain them and store the oil in a dark bottle.

Face packs of Aloe Vera

We can make different face packs with Aloe Vera gel. It gives a glow and refreshes the skin.
  • Mix the gel with the lemon juice and apply it on the face. Keep it for ten minutes and then wash it off.This mask can be used to whitens the skin.
  • You can  apply the gel on the face and wash it off with cold water after ten minutes.It will give a glow to your skin.
  • Take one tea spoon of honey, add a pinch of turmeric powder, few drops of milk, few drops of rose water and blend it well, add some Aloe Vera gel in whole mixture and blend it till it become paste, apply it on the face and rinse it off after ten to fifteen minutes.You will feel your skin soft and healthy after that.
  • To get rid of dry skin, add crushed almonds in Aloe Vera gel and mix it well. Apply it on the face and wash it off after ten to fifteen minutes.
  • To get soft and silky skin, take one teaspoon of crushed almonds, one teaspoon of powder milk, one teaspoon of aloe gel and one teaspoon of honey, now mix them well and apply it on the face for ten to fifteen minutes and then wash it off.

Many of us spend a large time of our day in front of desk in our offices.In this situation its difficult to get some time to involve in a physical activity or an exercise,  and according to the research its harmful to sit at one place for most of the time. That's why the doctors suggest that if you get a phone call , stand up of your seat and talk to him. You can also walk around your room while talking on your cell phone.Change of position is necessary. It also increase your productivity at work.
 Take care of your sitting posture, do some stretching in free time, drink a plenty of water, take deep breaths and keep moving yourself.And if you are working on a computer most of time , choose an LCD or LED , so that your eyes don't  get tired.
Active desk is another good option for working out on an office chair. Actually it is a bike for exercise, it can be merge with desk. You can 'somehow' burn your calories.
Its inventor Martin who is the associate professor of an American University said that the people who use active desk can burn 300 to 800 calories per day with moderate paddling, it has also a sliding tray that can support your elbows, you can work on a computer easily.

Benefits of milk

Do you daily drink a glass of milk? If yes, then you are doing a good investment for your old age and if no, then you are depriving yourself from a diet that is going to benefit you at every turn of your life.
Milk is not only a complete diet but it also  provides a shield against the diseases. According to the research of World Health Organization, its very important to drink at least one glass of milk daily. From it you can get calcium and other nutrients that are the need of your body. Calcium is responsible for healthy white teeth and strong bones.Vitamin D in it is beneficial for strong bones too.
According to the research children of four to eight years old needs 800mg of calcium daily and this need can be fulfilled by drinking two to three glass of milk without cream daily. Some kids do not like drinking milk so the mothers can give then other dairy products to meet their calcium needs like yogurt or custard or any fruit shake.
If your age is between nine to eighteen years old you need 1300 mg of calcium daily because the growth of bones are faster in this age interval. Instead of milk you can take green leaves vegetables as a source of calcium but the better and easy  source is milk..
Acidity and the burning of chest can be cured with the help of milk because the milk has the ingredients that make Alkali and for which the stomach has to use acid in it, to digest it.That is how the acidity of the stomach is cured with the help of milk.
Some people feel it difficult to digest it. The main factor of it is, some people dont have the habit of drinking milk and so once after a long interval they drink it, they feel uncomfortable to digest it . Dont use it after  having your meal and avoid putting ice in it.
Remember milk is not made to make a cup of tea, its an inestimable diet so get up, drink a full glass of milk and make it as your habit.

Balanced Diet

In fact in the human life, diet plays an important role.It perform growth and repair of the human body. That's why it is important to include those nutrients in diet that gives energy to the body.The experts have divided the diet in five constituents
  1. Milk and cheese
  2. Meat, fish and eggs
  3. Fruit and vegetables
  4. Flour and other grains
  5. Fat and sugar 
Its the responsibility of a house wife to plan the three time meals in way that her family members can get the essential nutrients.The metabolism rate of kids is very high.That's why they need proteins, minerals and vitamins in large amount in their diets.According to the experts the kids who don't take their complete break fast do not take interest in their studies and games. They become tired easily.A complete break fast contain juices of fruits, milk, eggs, cereal, corn flakes and toasts.It is observed that the kids perform well in class who take breakfast of these standards.
A young person should take milk, meat, fruit , vegetables and cereal in his regular diet.He should include the proteins in at least one of his meals regularly.Water is an important part of diet.It dissolves the digested diet. It balances the temperature of body and soften the muscles and joints of the body.We have 92% of water in blood. A person should take 10 to 12 glasses of water regularly.
Diet should be planned for each day.The food should be simple made with quality ingredients.Every day a raw vegetable should also be included in the diet.Same type of foods should not be used regularly. You must have variety in the diet plan

Choose your doctor carefully

Before consulting a doctor, make it sure that your or your family member's health is safe in his hands. As much as the medical science is progressing , people are getting much conscious about their health.But it is worrisome that in the world the incidences by medical negligence are increasing. 
In our country there are many people who are complaining about their or their relatives weaken health due to the negligence of doctors.Recently in Punjab institute of cardiology millions of patients died due to wrong medicines. Sometimes the carelessness of the doctors become mortal.
Patient can suffer if the right ailment is not diagnosed and treated in time.Especially in case of cancer, hepatitis and heart diseases, if the sickness is not diagnosed in time. It can make the situation worse.Its unfortunate that many patients came to know about their sickness very late and the doctors let them know that they have very less days of life left.
Unluckily we have very less trained medical staff as compared to the patients in our country.As a result a doctor has to cure many patients. The situation is almost same in clinics and hospitals.That's how the chances of mistake by the medical staff increases.
According to the experts, people must be very careful about choosing the right doctor. Before consulting a doctor, consider the following points and then decide that whether to go to him or not.

1-Does the doctor have the right degree? 

You must know that the doctor to which you are going has the degree or he is a quack.People must beware of this fact that the quackery in our country is increasing with each day.You have the complete right to know his registration number.In our country most people are illiterate and do not pay attention to doctor's qualification and then regret afterwards.

2-Doctor's experience

There is no doubt  that the experienced doctor is more reliable then an inexperienced. At second step we must know that whether the doctor is experienced or not.Experienced and specialised doctor can save their patients from complications.

 3-Communication with the doctor

 Doctors and patients must coordinate with each other and patient should trust his doctor.The devoted and sincere doctors must ask the family history of the patient, diet habits, daily routine and many other questions to diagnose the ailment in a better way.Doctor should not hide any fact about you about your sickness. And if he is unable to diagnose the ailment , he must admit it and recommend another doctor.Often the ladies prefer lady doctor to consult for their problems because the females feel it more comfortable to discuss their problems with a lady doctor.

Daily exercise stops and helps to cure different diseases. To live a healthy life, nobody can ignore the importance of exercise. In past decades people were fit without exercises because their life style was active but now a days the advanced technology has reduced our physical activity. Thus due to wrong life style human being has invited a lot of diseases himself.
The exercise is very important for our health. It has a lot of benefits.The major benefit of exercise is the secretion of such hormones in body that relax the person.And to live a happy and healthy life ,everyone must include it in ones routine.
Exercise and heart 
Exercise is a blessing for people who are suffering from high blood pressure and narrow heart arteries. They can adopt exercise for a healthy life style.The performance of heart is improved and the cardiovascular system becomes more efficient.The blood flow becomes normal.Exercise effects those factors of body that control the heart rate.Due to exercise the waste products are excreted off the body.

Exercise and obesity
Obesity is the root of many diseases. You can get rid of it, by regular exercise and by controlling your diet.It reduces the unwanted fat and burns the calories.You can be in shape by adding the exercise in your daily routine.
Exercise and diabetes
In diabetes the body is either unable to metabolise the glucose in blood or its ability to do so, reduces.
As a result the glucose level in blood  increases. Exercise is beneficial for the patients of diabetes. Because while exercising the muscles of the body needs more oxygen and it increases the body's ability to use glucose from blood and that's how the level of glucose becomes normal in blood.

Having Sleepless Nights, Causes and Remedies




After a hardworking day, every one wants a sound sleep to be fresh and ready for the other day. During sleep we forget worries and problems of our life.If you feel that your daily routine is changing, you cannot concentrate on your work, your head is heavy, cant take interest, getting aggressive on common things then its possible you are not having sound sleep at night, feeling groggy and suffering from insomnia.You can behave like a bear with a sore head and it cannot be cured without knowing the reasons.
Thirty percent of people in the world, have this problem. Due to this your  daily, family and official life can be effected.It can increase the risks of accidents, especially for the young drivers.

 Some possible reasons are given below , you can overcome the sickness by analysing yourself
  • Tensions and the ups and downs are the part of life. These are not the reason to have a sleepless night but the reason is, if  you think about these in a negative way.
  • In bulky persons there are sometimes breathing problems, that can lead to insomnia.
  • Jet lag is another reason which is caused after travelling from a far off country.The body timings does not match the time zone but in this case the body adjusts soon itself
  • Pain in legs can be a reason
  • High blood pressure can also be a reason
  • Change of bed and pillow
