Face cleansing at home

Regular cleansing plays an important role to make your skin beautiful. Quality of a good cleanser is to not only cleans your skin but also provide your skin the essential moisture.
Working women have to wear light makeup daily. So if they wouldn't pay attention to remove their make up thoroughly on daily basis, the skin will get effected. That's why they should take some time out for cleansing before sleeping.Applying any moisturizer after the process of cleansing is also beneficial.
Some ladies cannot afford to buy a cleanser or they may experience any type of allergy by those available in market, they can use home made cleanser. Just add 2 to 3 drops of lemon in raw milk or cream and you have an effective, affordable, natural and excellent cleanser at home.
Some more home made cleansers are as follows

  1.  Use cucumber slices, rub the slice on your face in circular motion. Wash off after fifteen minutes.
  2. For oily skin, you can mix one tbsp of baking soda with the lemon juice, make a fine paste and then  gently scrub over your face. Rinse it off after ten to fifteen minutes.
  3. Take chickpea powder, add some raw milk in it to make a paste . Now apply it over your face and neck. Wash off after ten minutes. Its an excellent cleanser for oily skin.
  4. Take orange peel powder add some milk in it .Mix to make a fine paste. It is very helpful for skin whitening too.
  5. For dry skin you can use any oil as a cleanser like olive oil or almond oil or castor oil/
  6. Use rose water as cleanser
  7. Make a paste of almond oil, honey and milk. Use it as cleanser for dry skin
  8. Take two spoons of corn flour, add one spoon of tomato juice in it and two teaspoons of glycerine.Scrub it on face and neck , Wash off after ten minutes.
  9. Use pineapple juice as a cleanser.
  10. Make a mixture of lemon juice, glycerine and rose water. you can use it as cleanser.

Benefits of milk

Do you daily drink a glass of milk? If yes, then you are doing a good investment for your old age and if no, then you are depriving yourself from a diet that is going to benefit you at every turn of your life.
Milk is not only a complete diet but it also  provides a shield against the diseases. According to the research of World Health Organization, its very important to drink at least one glass of milk daily. From it you can get calcium and other nutrients that are the need of your body. Calcium is responsible for healthy white teeth and strong bones.Vitamin D in it is beneficial for strong bones too.
According to the research children of four to eight years old needs 800mg of calcium daily and this need can be fulfilled by drinking two to three glass of milk without cream daily. Some kids do not like drinking milk so the mothers can give then other dairy products to meet their calcium needs like yogurt or custard or any fruit shake.
If your age is between nine to eighteen years old you need 1300 mg of calcium daily because the growth of bones are faster in this age interval. Instead of milk you can take green leaves vegetables as a source of calcium but the better and easy  source is milk..
Acidity and the burning of chest can be cured with the help of milk because the milk has the ingredients that make Alkali and for which the stomach has to use acid in it, to digest it.That is how the acidity of the stomach is cured with the help of milk.
Some people feel it difficult to digest it. The main factor of it is, some people dont have the habit of drinking milk and so once after a long interval they drink it, they feel uncomfortable to digest it . Dont use it after  having your meal and avoid putting ice in it.
Remember milk is not made to make a cup of tea, its an inestimable diet so get up, drink a full glass of milk and make it as your habit.

Natural mask refreshes your face

To make a mask at home, you must know the
type of your skin. Most of the masks are prepared by fruits, vegetables, eggs, milk and
vitamins.
Home made masks are inexpensive and pure.You must choose any mask according to your skin and make it a part of your routine to get awesome results.
Egg is most common ingredient in the home made mask because it is useful for every type of skin. And also it is easy to use.
Many types of masks which we can prepare at home are as follows

1- Yeast mask

It is useful for oily skin type. Take a small spoon of yeast and add yogurt in it, mix well. Apply it on face and let it dry for fifteen minutes. First wash off with warm water and then with cold water.


2- Cucumber Mask

Cucumber contains silicon. Which removes the effects of tiredness from face.Chop the cucumber in the blender and add 2 teaspoon milk and one egg white. Then apply it on face and neck. Wash with warm water on drying.

3-Pineapple Mask

The dead cells of skin are removed with the pineapple mask. Take quarter cup of pineapple juice, apply it on face as mask. Now apply it on your face. Wash after fifteen minutes.

4-Dry Apricot Mask

This mask is effective for each type of skin .Dip some of dry apricots and soak them in water over night.Now cook them on low flame next day. When they become soft , mash them and apply this mixture on face. Wash off after ten minutes.

5-Tomato Mask

Peel off the tomato. Now mash it and add a spoon of honey in it. Now apply it on face for fifteen minutes , wash it off. The freshness of skin would be obvious.

6-Carrot Juice Mask

Apply cold carrot juice mask with the help of cotton on your face and neck. Wash off after fifteen minutes.This mask is very effective for whitening of the skin

7-Egg Mask

Take an egg white, and add one lemon juice in it. Beat it well. Now apply it on face for fifteen minutes.Wash off with warm water.

8-Honey Mask

Add four drops of lemon in honey and apply it on mask with the help of cotton. Its the best skin tonic for dry skin. Use cotton to remove this mask after twenty minutes.

Take care of your teeth

The beauty of the personality lies in an attractive smile. The teeth make the smile beautiful.That's why it is very important to take care of the cleanliness of teeth.
If you don't  pay attention to the cleanliness of teeth many stomach and gums problems can arise. Another aspect of taking care of teeth is balanced diet.

Here are some tips for it.
  • Use tooth brush regularly
  • Add some salt in bitter oil and rub it gently on teeth. It will clean your teeth. After that use toothpaste to get rid of the smell of the oil
  • Make a mixture
    • 1-10gm alum
    • 2-20gm honey
    • 3-15gm vinegar
    • Mix it and cook it on low flame, apply it daily on your teeth and rinse well. You will get strong and whiter teeth
