Common makeup mistakes

Makeup is one of main requirement in modern time. Women feel themselves incomplete without makeup. No doubt make up is an art . You can look attractive if you have applied the makeup in an expert way , on the other hand you look awful if you ignore your complexion, type of skin, face features, dress, demand of occasion before applying it.
As we choose colors and dresses according to the weather,we must also choose our makeup colors by watching the weather conditions. Here i am mentioning some of the common mistakes women make while having a make over.

1- Cleansing and Moisturizing
Have you noticed white or oily spots on your face after using foundation and face powder, the main reason behind this is, you are not paying attention on regular cleansing and moisturising of your face.
Women should cleans their face for at least two times in a week with a quality cleanser.It would remove all the dirt from your face.
Usage of moisturizer is also very beneficial because it remove all the effect of dryness. PH balanced face wash also plays an important role for enhancing the skin freshness and natural glow.


2-Use concealer carefully

Every skin has some problems. There are few lucky women that have no such problems.Women want to hide the scars or blemishes with the help of dark makeup that can be harmful.
The better solution for this is usage of concealer. Before choosing a concealer you must check its color.You must pay attention if  it is matching your skin tone or not.Use your finger to spread it on the spot. Use a mirror while you do this.

3- Overuse of glitter in your makeup

If you use an excessive amount of glitter in your makeup, that would give a bad effect on your personality. It will not only snatch the freshness of your skin but also it will give you a weird look. Always use it in a balanced amount.

4- Golden and Silver shades both at a time

Usage of golden and silver shades both at a time can never give a decent and natural look to your makeup. Always use one of those at one time, silver shade enhances the beauty of fair skin where as the golden shade refreshes your wheat complexion.

5-Lipstick and Lip liner

Lipstick is the main part of makeup. Use lip liners of neutral shade and merge it with lipstick.

Most of all if you are going on a party, dont apply makeup in hurry. Always take time and give proper attention for this task.Remove the makeup well before going to sleep.

Do you know the benefits of being active and smart? Only if you adopt daily exercise and make wise choices in your food , you would have a better look and you would have an easy life style. You can have a lot of advantages in your daily life. Some of its incentives are discussed below.

  7. You can balance yourself on ladder and you can change your light bulb yourself.
  8. At parties you can get compliments from your friends and strangers.
  9. Your immunity is higher then before so you can save your money on medicines.


Many of us spend a large time of our day in front of desk in our offices.In this situation its difficult to get some time to involve in a physical activity or an exercise,  and according to the research its harmful to sit at one place for most of the time. That's why the doctors suggest that if you get a phone call , stand up of your seat and talk to him. You can also walk around your room while talking on your cell phone.Change of position is necessary. It also increase your productivity at work.
 Take care of your sitting posture, do some stretching in free time, drink a plenty of water, take deep breaths and keep moving yourself.And if you are working on a computer most of time , choose an LCD or LED , so that your eyes don't  get tired.
Active desk is another good option for working out on an office chair. Actually it is a bike for exercise, it can be merge with desk. You can 'somehow' burn your calories.
Its inventor Martin who is the associate professor of an American University said that the people who use active desk can burn 300 to 800 calories per day with moderate paddling, it has also a sliding tray that can support your elbows, you can work on a computer easily.
